This two-day training programme provides you with the tools and skills to deliver the Innovation Literacy Programme in your workplace

The Certified Educator Programme gives you the skills and tools to deliver the Innovation Literacy programme to apprentices and colleagues in your workplace.

The Innovation Literacy Programme is an engaging, hands-on training course designed for people who want to turn their ideas into action.

Learn about the theory behind the programme and have a deep dive in to the tools and theories that help bring Innovation and ideas to life.

To complete this exciting programme, you will attend two training days held on the dates and times below:

We are offering two day one events, you can choose which one to attend, and one day two events to offer flexibility. you can either attend a weekly or daily held event to complete the programme.

Day 1: Tuesday 13th October – 9:30am – 5:00pm

OR
Day 1: Monday 19th October – 9:30am – 5:00pm

AND THEN:
Day 2: Tuesday 20th October – 9:30am – 5:00pm

After completing the two training days, you will gain the Certified Educator Programme qualification and receive access to the Innovation Literacy Programme training materials enabling you to deliver the programme in your workplace.

The training days covers delivery of the eight immersive sessions of The Innovation Literacy Programme where you will explore the entire journey of innovation—from idea generation to testing, communication, and building a culture where innovation thrives, enabling you to return to your business to improve productivity and create value, giving you the tools and skills needed to deliver the programme.

Who is behind it?

The Innovation Literacy Programme is the creation of GM Colleges (through funding from Innovate UK Further Education Innovation Fund) and is supported by Greater Manchester Combined Authority.

Commitment

  • You will need to attend both day one and day two training to complete the course.

Next Steps

To reserve a place you must complete all questions so we can assess your eligibiity for the programme. Preference is given to applicants with a recognised teaching qualifications such as Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching (aka PTLLS)
