| Show how you have used the learning from your innovation literacy course in the workplace and be in with a chance of winning £100 first prize. You’re invited to be part of this exciting new competition. It is only open to those apprentices who have completed the Innovation Literacy Programme. Was there a challenge that you, colleagues or your organisation faced? Did you come up with a solution? Did you apply something you learnt on the programme? However small the change may be, we’d love to hear about it. What Do You Need To Do? Film a short video (or a PowerPoint recording) up to a maximum of 3 minutes telling us about the challenge your organisation faced, what you did to solve it and the impact that this innovation had on you, your role or your employer. And that’s it! You could interview your colleagues, film the new process or product, or just talk to camera yourself. We’d especially like to know if you applied a tool or methodology we introduced on the course. Why take part? This is a great opportunity to show the impact you’re having in the workplace, demonstrate how you are applying the skills you developed on the course, and generally enhance your CV. We’d love you to be involved. All apprentices who enter will receive a certificate of participation. Medals will be awarded for Gold, Silver and Bronze.
